HISTORY

Water Music Festival sponsored a new event in 2009/2010. In the spirit of long-time Peninsula residents Barbara and Normand Poulshock, and their personal love affair with music – a romance that has touched so many people through their teaching and cultural contributions over their long careers – “The Poulshock Concert Series – A Love Affair with Music” featured regional artists performing original music composed in the northwest. Honoring Barbara and Normand’s love of music and their love for each other, the concerts were held on Valentine’s Day Weekend.
